Meet the Founder
Francisco Perez-Azua brings over 20 years of experience in design, planning, development, construction, and procurement across South Florida and other strategic markets, including New York City and Latin America. Trained as an architect, Francisco founded and led an architectural firm that successfully delivered a wide range of residential and commercial projects throughout South Florida.
Following the 2008 global recession, he founded a second company, FPA Enterprises, to partner with real estate developers and investors and lead the acquisition, development, and disposition strategies for investment properties. In this role, he conducted comprehensive due diligence studies, implemented highest-and-best-use and repositioning strategies, and helped deliver profitable investment outcomes.
Starting in 2016, Francisco joined multinational real estate project owners to execute the design and construction of projects ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 square feet across the Americas, including South Florida. He led multidisciplinary teams of architects and contractors, evaluated costs, and managed construction processes from project kickoff through occupancy. His responsibilities also included the procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment across multiple markets.
Francisco holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University. Since 2024, he also serves as a board member of the City of Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB), which reviews and recommends approval to development projects based on urban quality, compatibility and contribution to the architectural and social fabric of the City.
