Latitude Delray: Award winning 255,000 SF multiple-use development with 114 residential units on a 7.13 acre site in Delray Beach. Project included 2-story 26,000 SF commercial building, five 3-story townhouse buildings (15k to 26k SF per building), three 4-story condominium buildings (37k SF each), clubhouse and entry gate. Responsibilities included site planning, architectural design, AOR, management of engineering teams, and construction administration services.

Arquimides 15: Multistory office building renovation with 18,000 SF of workspace including 4,000 SF ground floor co-working / conference room area, four stories of private offices and a 2,000 SF rooftop penthouse with meeting spaces. As owner's project manager, responsibilities included due diligence, coordination/oversight to landlord's base building improvements, design & construction team selection, bidding, TI construction oversight, FF&E procurement, and handover to owner's operations team.

501 E. Las Olas: Interior tenant improvement to 32,000 SF 2-story office space within mixed-use building in Fort Lauderlale. Project included new interconnecting stairway between floors, reception, cafe, food-prep room, multiple conference rooms, private offices and spec suites. As the owner's project manager responsibilities included securing landlord handover and project approval, space planning and design review, A&E design management, construction oversight, and handover to owner's Ops team.

434 W 33rd St: Interior tenant impromvent to 100,000 SF 7-story office space within 13-story historic building in NYC. Project included ground and PH floors receptions, cafe, food-prep room, open co-working space at PH level, meeting rooms and 6 floors of private offices and spec suites. As the owner's project manager, responsibilities included planning and design review, constructibility review, A&E design management, construction oversight, and handover to owner's Ops team.

Acqua Liana Residence: Green certified 15,000 SF ocean front residence with 7-bedrooms, 11 baths, movie theater, oversized garage, arched aquarium wet bar, glass elevator, glass wine room, and hi-tech home automation in Palm Beach County, FL. The 1.6 acres property featured ocean to intracoastal access, outdoor summer kitchen, swimming pool and reflecting pools, waterfall spa with fire feature, "floating" sun terrace, golf course grass driveway, and a 2-bed/2-bath guest house.

429 Lenox: Capital improvement 45,000 5-story office asset in Miami Beach. Project included refreshment of office space and amenity area, cooling tower replacement and painting of exterior facade. As owner's project manager responsibilities included space planning and design review, A&E design management, value engineering, bidding, GC selection, FF&E procurement & installation coordination, construction oversight and handover to owner's operations team.
