Site visits are crucial for ensuring the project matches the design intent, but can be challenging to schedule given the architect’s internal PM often busy schedule. We can perform quality control visits, report on the process of construction, and address conflicts on the go as the GC translates design from paper to reality, bridging gaps between plans and on-site conditions.

Field Reports including photographs. that can be shared with other project stakeholders. Additionally, we can schedule calls with your in-house PM to ensure buttoned-up coordination and support. 

Submittal reviews can be overwhelming to your in-house PM. We can manage the submittal process to ensure they are in compliance and ensure they are routed to the proper consultant. We would follow-up to ensure response times are within accepted requirements and notify parties when ready or if questions arise.

Similarly to submittals, RFI’s can be a burden to your in-house team. We can manage the RFI process to ensure they are clear, routed to the proper consultant and follow-up to ensure prompt responses.

We can assist processing and documenting changes to the contract, validating scope, and evaluating costs to ensure alignment with the owner's goals. 

Once we are actively participating in Site Visits, we can also assist your in-house team by reviewing the contractor's payment request and confirm work completed justifies the amount requested.

We can assist coordinating punch lists, meeting the GC at the site, verifying the completion of outstanding items and reviewing final as-built drawings.

Review of Existing Building Drawings (if available), detailed inspection of property’s current status (i.e. structure, systems, site features, finishes) using photos, sketches, and field measurements if required to ascertain the general conditions of the project site.

Laser-scan team recommendation, coordinating site visit with landlord/broker/facilities team, and supporting the laser scan team’s site visit to ensure successful completion of the service.

Attending meetings with Authorities Having Jurisdiction to ensure proper communication, code compliance and optimal support as required by the project scope.

Engineering team recommendation (i.e. Civil, MEP, Structural), engineer’s site visit coordination and support. Wether your engineering team is local or not, we can support their needs and coordination
